Delivery area and charges
Checkout shows the destinations we can serve and the delivery charges for the order before payment. Please review the address and the available service before paying.
Two stages of delivery
After payment authorization, we usually prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch; these periods are separate and are not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from business-day estimates.
Tracking and exceptions
When tracking is available, use it to follow the parcel. For a delay, lost package, damaged delivery, or a parcel marked delivered but not received, write to roledalekase02@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking details and relevant photos. Address corrections may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
